Phase 0: Form Project Teams

Due:   Thursday 09/13 at 8am.

Students will be working in teams of 3 - 5 for this semester's CS514 programming assignment. No exceptions will be made to this requirement on team size. For phase 0 of the project, you will simply select members for your team and inform us who they are.

Deliverable.

1. Create a single file that contains one line for each member of your team. Each of these lines should contain the following tab-separated fields (in this order):
   • Last name
   • First name
   • Cornell network id (without the "@cornell.edu")
   • Cornell student id number
   Thus, if your team contains 4 members, then the file will contain 4 lines.

2. Call this file xxxxx0, where xxxxx is the Cornell network id (same as the third field above) of the team member appearing on the first line of the file.

3. Copy this file to the following folder:

   \\Goose\courses\cs514-fall01\proj00.submit

   Don't be disturbed by warnings informing you that the file cannot be accessed after it has been copied.

   Should you wish to revise your submission after you have copied it to our folder, then simply create a corrected file with name xxxxx1 and copy that to the above folder. Revisions to that should be named xxxxx2, and so on. We will read only the largest-numbered file of a series.

Grading. Possible grades for this phase are:

• S (satisfactory) for all students named in exactly one team, where that team's membership was submitted on time and according to the specifications above;

• U (unsatisfactory) for any student who is registed in CS514 as of the due date but does not qualify for S.
