For a new project in natural-language question answering that 
combines ideas from IR, NLP and machine learning, we are looking 
immediately for a very good C/C++ programmer who is interested 
spending 6 months to one year helping build an exciting new system 
while learning about the latest techniques in those fields. This 
would be ideal for a student interested in NLP about to graduate with 
a bachelors or masters degree, or for a doctoral student looking for 
a practical break. The work involves adapting, combining and testing 
existing components (taggers, parsers, learning algorithms) and 
helping write and test new components.
